What are your exchange and return policy?

We are confident that you will love our products, but if you receive them and are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to assist you with the return process. 

Please note that we only accept returns that are unused and unwashed within 30 days of delivery, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you need any additional support on your return process, feel free to contact us at contact@slashop.com

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start your return or exchange, we have a self-return service, please click the return button at the bottom of the page to self-return, or contact us at contact@slashop.com and provide your order number. If your product is in a trial period, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Once we receive the product, we will send your order refund to your original payment account or arrange for you to ship a replacement within 5-8 business days.

When will I get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When can I expect a refund for my return?

It typically takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund you to your original payment account. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to settle back into your original payment account.
