What are your exchange and return policy?
At Slashop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you purchase. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with the return process.
Please note that we only accept returns that are unused and unwashed within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I start a return or exchange？
To initiate a return, kindly submit your request through our Returns Center or alternatively, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org while providing your order number for reference and reason of return.
Upon receipt of your return request, we will review and assess it within 2-3 business days. If your request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary shipping label and instructions for the subsequent steps. It is important to note that if the reason for the return is not attributable to our company, a processing fee of $7.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
* We currently do not offer a direct exchange option. If you would like to exchange a product, we kindly ask that you initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
When will I get a refund？
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
When can I expect a refund for my return?
Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return has been accounted for, we will refund you to your original payment account. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to settle back into your original payment account.
