Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over USD 100.

For orders under 100 USD, a shipping fee of USD 6.99 will be charged per order.

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days, from Monday to Friday. If you place an order on Friday or during the weekend, we will begin processing the order on Monday and ship it within 2-3 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email automatically.

How long does shipping normally take?

Our standard shipping generally takes 7-15 business days for delivery.

My order says delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

  3. Check with neighbors or building management in case it was delivered to the wrong address.

Returns & exchanges

Can I exchange my item?

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend initiating a return for the item you would like to send back through our Return Center and placing a new order for your desired item separately. After we have received your returned item at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Before submitting your request, we kindly ask that you review our return policy here.

What are your return policies?

At Slashop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns. Please note that unused and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and items marked as "Final Sale", or discounted at 50% off or more, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. I shipped the items back to you, when can I expect to receive my refund?

Once we receive and process the items you have returned, it usually takes 2-3 business days for us to complete the necessary checks. After the return has been processed, we will initiate the process of sending your refund back to your original payment account. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment account.

What happens to the products I return?

We believe in giving used products a second life. All used and faulty items will be donated to local charities or animal shelters.
